I've been SO HUNGRY! I have no idea why. I haven't been drinking as much water, so maybe that has something to do with it. I gave in at the grocery store yesterday and bought some doughnuts. BAD IDEA! Of course they taste delicious. But after I eat one, I feel like crap. I've never felt so bad after eating something (physically and emotionally). Maybe this is a sign that I really can change.
I've been pretty hard on myself for not eating well and not working out as much as I should. But I need to remember to not let it get to me. Slip ups are fine. Just don't make a habit out of it! I need to pick myself back up and do what I need to do instead of sinking further down. A lot of times I let myself spiral out of control, but it's NOT going to happen this time.
For anyone else having the same problems, you're definitely not alone! Don't let your mistakes get you down. Take a lesson from them and move on!
