I got Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred DVD a few months ago with the intention of doing it every day. Well I ended up getting sick and giving up on it. So now that I'm trying harder to lose weight, I've decided to start again. I'm not doing it every day, but I am exercising almost every day. I've been mixing in other workouts with the 30 Day Shred DVD and I'm hoping I can stick with it this time!
I highly recommend this DVD to anyone looking to tone up and lose some weight and doesn't have a ton of time to do it. The workout itself is 20 minutes, plus a couple minutes of warmups and cooldowns. There are 3 levels of the workout. I've only been doing level 1 so far, but I'm starting to get to the point where I'd feel comfortable trying level 2. The workout is not easy for inactive people. The first time I ever tried it, I was completely sore the next day! But don't let that discourage you. It DOES get easier over time!
